Sometimes we need a space to reconnect, realign, feel peace, find clarity, gain support, encouragement, insight, practice love, respect, acceptance of ourselves… 

The Online Meditation Group is a sacred space for all of that and more.  Whether you are curious about meditation, a beginner or experienced meditator, or just looking to join a group of like-minded people, this space is for you! 

I will lead a visual guided meditation followed by a discussion on various topics such as managing anxiety, letting go, practicing forgiveness, cultivating compassion, and more!  Each week is a different topic :)

My intentions for this sacred space are:

  • Love & Compassion

  • Respect

  • Open and Accepting of All Humans

  • Teach and share mindfulness and meditation principles 

We will meet Tuesdays on Zoom.  You can join in the morning (7:00am-7:45am PST) or evening (5:30pm-6:15pm PST) or even both! 

All humans are welcome! No matter your identity - LGBTQIA*, race, religion, disability, etc. - you are always welcome.

This is an ASL (American Sign Language) space, but I heartily welcome non-signers.  Just register 3 days in advance (Friday/Saturday) and I’ll find an interpreter :)
