As your Personal Trainer, you will experience a program called Healing Through Fitness.

Healing Through Fitness is not just about achieving your fitness goals - it is creating a lasting lifestyle of habits that enhances your well-being, so you feel good about your body, mind, and spirit.

I will develop a personal training program that tailors to your physical, mental, and spiritual goals.  After all, if the three are not in alignment, how can you feel good? 

I specialize in:

  • Beginners who have never worked out before and don’t know where to start

  • Novices who have trained in the past, but lost track and want to start again

  • Seniors who want to improve balance, strength, and movements to do daily life tasks 

  • Woman looking to feel confident, appreciate their body, and achieve lasting weight-loss 

  • Starting slowly by practicing fundamental movements and simple life habits (eating, sleep, etc.) 

  • Training individuals who prefer a visual approach to training (I use American Sign Language plus other tools to demonstrate) 

  • Training American Sign Language users (deaf, hard of hearing, cochlear implant users, and hearing ASL users) 🤟🏻

I can create programs that focus on: 

  • Weight loss

  • Improving Mobility and flexibility

  • Improving balance

  • Increasing strength and conditioning 

  • Increasing cognitive ability to deal with challenging situations

  • Practicing mindfulness and meditation 

  • Provide nutritional recommendations 

I provide individual personal training or group training (2-3 people).
